Regulament general (de ordine internă) - Imaginariumkids

Charakter des Spielplatzes

Imaginariumkids is a covered play space intended primarily for children aged 3 to 12 — the range recommended by the equipment manufacturer — within height and weight limits displayed at reception and in these rules.

Imaginariumkids cannot be associated with forms of childcare, supervision or education (nursery, after-school, kindergarten, babysitting, nanny, etc.). The entry ticket cost refers exclusively to use of play equipment and toys provided.

These rules apply to everyone entering the premises (children and companions). By entering the play area, the visitor accepts all provisions of the rules. Adults explain them, within understanding, to the children they accompany.

Zutritt

• Access is on the basis of a valid ticket, wristband or package/subscription purchased at reception; keep the ticket until exit.
• On first visit, the parent / guardian / accompanying adult completes and signs the participation agreement (see /formular-siguranta page).
• Correct footwear change: play zones are entered in socks only (for children and adults who accompany them inside). Outdoor footwear and heavy coats are left in designated areas.
• Hand washing / disinfection before play and after using the toilet is mandatory.
• The operator reserves the right to limit access temporarily (high footfall, maintenance, events), to close a zone without notice and to refuse entry to persons who do not respect these rules.

Alter, Aufsicht, Begleitung

• Children under 3 may access the play space only when accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian over 18). They cannot be left in the care of other children (under 18).
• For children aged 3 to 14 we recommend an adult present on site for the entire visit. Children aged 14 to 17 may use facilities without a companion within rules limits and with prior signed parent / guardian consent.
• Accompanying adults assume full responsibility for the children they bring, including explaining rules and instructions from staff.
• Children with medical, mental, motor or behavioural conditions requiring special care (epilepsy, insulin-dependent diabetes, severe allergies, anxiety, claustrophobia, autism, etc.) may access only when accompanied by an adult who assumes supervision, after notifying reception in writing.

Gesundheit und Hygiene

• Access is forbidden to persons with obvious signs of illness (fever, strong cough, flu, viral infections, chickenpox, contagious dermatitis, conjunctivitis, parasites, etc.) or poor hygiene.
• Access is forbidden to persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances affecting physical or mental capacity.
• Pregnant women do not use trampolines, the zip line or zones with sudden acceleration; for any doubt, ask reception.
• Food, drinks (including water) and chewing gum are consumed only in designated zones (café / tables), not in play zones.

Ausrüstung und persönliche Gegenstände

• Loose sportswear, without untied laces, open zippers, caps, long scarves or parts that can snag. Long hair must be tied back.
• Hard jewellery, watches, metal bracelets and sharp objects are removed before entering trampoline, zip line or ball pit zones.
• Phones and video cameras are used only in quiet zones, never while using trampolines, the zip line or slides.
• Personal items are kept in lockers / coat racks provided; the venue is not liable for valuables (jewellery, large sums, expensive electronics) left in unsecured areas.

Verhalten in der Anlage

• Violent behaviour, obscene language, malicious jokes, harassment or filming other visitors without consent are forbidden.
• Staff and animators have authority to intervene when a rule is not respected or safety is endangered; refusal to cooperate may lead to evacuation without refund.
• Parents / companions are liable for material damage caused by their children (broken toys, cut nets, damaged walls, furniture soiled with food / paint) and cover their value.
• Use of play equipment by adults is forbidden except in zones and moments expressly permitted (e.g. accompanying a child under 3 on a baby trampoline if equipment rules allow).

In der Anlage verboten

• Access with pets (except assistance dogs, announced at reception).
• Access with roller skates, bicycles, scooters, hoverboards, etc.
• Access with sharp, hard objects (knives, scissors), fireworks, firecrackers, confetti, lighters, candles or any open flame sources.
• Food or drink brought from outside, including alcoholic drinks; consumption is exclusively from the venue offer and only in authorized zones.
• Vandalism of equipment (scratching, writing, destruction), use of open fire, smoking or e-cigarettes on site.
• Sleeping, standing in groups in play zones without using equipment, or using the space as a toilet or nappy-changing area outside bathrooms and designated zones.

Risikoübernahme und Haftung

• Use of equipment involves inherent risk of injury, which the visitor assumes by signing the participation agreement. Imaginariumkids takes reasonable safety measures (maintenance, briefing, general supervision) but cannot eliminate risk entirely.
• Staff supervise the play area in general, not each child individually; individual supervision remains the parent / guardian's duty.
• Imaginariumkids is not liable for: quarrels between children, injuries from rule-breaking, accidents caused by the companion not reading the rules, unreported health issues or negligence of accompanying adults.
• Imaginariumkids is liable, under the law, only for damage resulting from failure to meet its own obligations regarding operation, maintenance and safe use of equipment.

Fotos, Videoaufnahmen, Datenverarbeitung

• Surveillance cameras may exist on site, installed according to law, for visitor safety and asset protection.
• During events (parties, workshops) and daily activities photos / videos may be taken for internal use and promotion. Persons who do not wish to appear can tell staff on arrival.
• Personal data collected through the agreement form and internal system are processed to manage access, service communications and legal obligations, according to the privacy notice at /confidentialitate and at reception.

Schlussbestimmungen

• The operator reserves the right to update these rules without individual notice; the version in force is the one displayed on the site and at reception.
