Regulamente de participare - echipamente și activități

Reguli specifice fiecărei zone din Imaginariumkids: trasee pe mai multe etaje, tiroliană, tobogane, piscină de bile, trambuline, teren de fotbal, zonă pentru copii mici, zonă de relaxare pentru părinți, petreceri și ateliere. Parcours sur plusieurs niveaux

Structures d'escalade, ponts, tunnels et plateformes sur plusieurs niveaux. Jeu exploratoire pour enfants.

• Access in clean socks; entry with footwear, slippers or bare feet is forbidden.
• Use only designed routes up and down (stairs, nets, ramps). Climbing walls, side safety nets or structures outside the designed lane is forbidden.
• Respect traffic direction and priority for a child coming down stairs or a slide; wait calmly in queue without pushing.
• Hard jewellery, watches, long chains, key rings and sharp objects are removed before climbing the structure.
• Phones and toys brought from home are not allowed on the trail (fall and strike risk); keep them with the companion or in lockers.
• The parent / guardian remains responsible for choosing the level suited to the child's abilities. Staff may suggest temporarily blocking access to harder levels if they see risk.

Tyrolienne (zip-line intérieure)

Ligne de vol intérieure avec harnais de sécurité et ancrage vérifié. Sensations modérées.

• The zip line may be used only with harness / equipment provided by staff and after positioning is checked by a floor colleague.
• Minimum / maximum age, height and weight are posted and strictly respected; no exceptions.
• Pregnant women, persons with spinal issues, hernias, vertigo, seizures or recent implants do not use the zip line. When in doubt, ask reception before paying for a package.
• Long hair tied back, laces tied, hard-frame glasses, jewellery, key rings and sharp objects removed before harnessing.
• One person on the line at a time; wait for staff signal to start and to leave the landing post.
• In case of dizziness, pain or anxiety, tell staff immediately; the cycle stops and resumes only when safe.

Toboggans (y compris LED)

Pentes modérées avec zone d'atterrissage souple ; certaines variantes avec jeux de lumière.

• One child on a slide at a time; the person in front must have left the landing zone before the next one goes.
• Descend sitting, feet first. Forbidden: head-first, on stomach, standing or several children at once.
• Climb only on provided stairs / steps / net; climbing in reverse on the descent channel is forbidden.
• Do not use objects or toys on the slide channel. Vests with hard zippers are removed to avoid scratching the surface.
• LED slides follow the same rules; do not touch cabling, panels or lighting elements. Report any defect (excessive flicker, abnormal noise) to staff.
• Very young children use only slides for their age (lower height, gentle slope), according to signage on each piece.

Piscine à balles

Bassin coloré avec balles en plastique légères pour jeu libre et socialisation.

• The child's head must remain above ball level at all times; do not jump into the pit from a run or head-first.
• Throwing balls outside the pit perimeter or at other children is forbidden; balls stay inside the pool.
• Forbidden in the pit: coins, pebbles, key rings, phones, cups, cords and any objects that can injure or block filters.
• Hard bracelets, rings and watches are removed before entering the pit.
• Very young children use, where applicable, the baby area of the pit (separate or with reduced ball depth), accompanied by an adult.
• In case of soiling or a broken ball, tell staff; balls are rotated and sanitized periodically under operator procedure.

Zone trampolines & mini-basket

Sauts contrôlés, paniers mini, surfaces délimitées et tapis de protection.

• One person on the active trampoline at a time; synchronized, double or chain jumps are strictly forbidden as they can project a child uncontrolled.
• Land on both feet in the centre of the trampoline. Head-down jumps, somersaults and acrobatics outside specially designed zones (airbag) are forbidden.
• Trampoline use is allowed only in anti-slip socks (provided at reception where mandatory) and sportswear without laces or hard accessories.
• Pregnant women, persons under alcohol / substance influence and those with cardiac, spinal, joint or epilepsy issues do not use trampolines.
• Maximum weight allowed per trampoline is posted at each station; the operator may ask for verification when in doubt.
• Do not climb perimeter nets and fences; exit the trampoline by walking, not jumping.
• For mini basketball, use the soft, reduced-size ball; do not throw at other participants or outside the perimeter.

Terrain de foot & paniers de basket

Surface délimitée pour jeux d'équipe avec ballons mous et légers ; règles de fair-play.

• Use only balls provided by Imaginariumkids (soft, reduced size, low pressure); bringing your own hard football or basketball balls is forbidden.
• Hard fouls, slide tackles, shots intentionally aimed at other children or equipment are forbidden.
• Maximum pitch capacity and match duration are posted; respect rotation and teams indicated by the animator.
• Aggressive behaviour, teasing or shouts that intimidate other children lead to suspension for the current session.
• For basketball hoops, jumps towards the hoop must be controlled; hanging on the hoop or net is forbidden.
• Do not bring drinks or snacks onto the pitch; breaks are taken in the tables / café zone.

Espace adapté aux tout-petits (moins de 3 ans)

Espace séparé, matériaux doux et hauteurs basses pour bébés et jeunes préscolaires.

• Access is allowed only for children under 3 (or up to the age limit posted) and adults who accompany them; other children use zones for their age.
• The adult stays next to the child at all times; the zone is not individually supervised by staff and does not replace parental attention.
• Small swallowable toys and hard objects brought from outside are not allowed.
• Drinks, bottles, baby food and nappy changing take place in indicated zones (tables, baby room), not on the mat.
• If an older child enters the zone, tell staff to redirect them to a suitable structure.
• Cleaning of toys and mats follows internal procedure; report any defect (open seam, detached part, stain) to reception.

Espace détente pour les parents

Bancs, sièges et vue sur les aires de jeu, prises et calme relatif.

• The relaxation zone does not replace supervision of your child; keep children within your line of sight throughout the visit.
• Adults use the zone for short breaks; do not sleep, do not occupy more than one seat per person when busy and do not reserve benches with personal items.
• Drinks and snacks are consumed only where venue rules allow (tables / café zone, dedicated benches); dispose of litter in bins.
• Conversations and phone calls stay at a civilized volume; headphones are recommended for audio content.
• Pets, smoking, alcohol brought from outside and sharp objects are not allowed in this zone either.
• Imaginariumkids is not liable for personal items (bags, phones, laptops) left unsupervised; keep valuables with you or in keyed lockers.

Anniversaires et ateliers

Fêtes, événements privés et ateliers thématiques avec animateur et menu optionnel.

• Party booking is confirmed with reception at least 5 days in advance (number of guests, menu, animator, time). Exact number of meals / children is sent at least 2 days before.
• Access to the party room is at most 10 minutes before start and the room is cleared within 10 minutes after end; overrun is charged according to posted rates.
• The organizing parent is responsible for all guests, including material damage they cause (broken toys, torn nets, damaged furniture, etc.).
• Alcoholic drinks, fireworks, confetti, lanterns and candles lit without supervision are forbidden. Cake with candles is lit under adult supervision in the indicated zone.
• Food and drinks are brought only through the venue offer or, if rules allow exceptions (e.g. bakery cake), with reception consent and a service fee.
• Creative workshops are run by the animator; children follow instructions and do not handle scissors, strong glue, special paints or other materials needing supervision alone.
• In force majeure (breakdown, health emergency, authority decision), Imaginariumkids reschedules without penalty for both parties; payments already made are offset at the new date or refunded according to posted policies.
